Memory Clinic

A simple memory test is now available with our practice nurses. This simple test will identify if you have any problems which may require further testing.

The test is approximately 20 minutes long and will involve you answering a series of questions. It will also involve getting a family member or friend to complete a simple questionnaire, if this is a problem please let the nurse know. You can bring your friend or family member along to the memory review if you wish to do so.

If the nurse identifies any issues you will be offered a blood test and further referral if appropriate.
